Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients

cooked chicken (cut into bite-sized pieces)
1 c. butter
chopped onions
chopped green peppers
chopped celery
garlic
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
american cheese (grated)

Directions

In a large pot, melt butter. Add onions, garlic, peppers and celery. Cook until tender. Add soup and chicken; simmer. Cook spaghetti until almost tender. Drain and rinse in cold water. Add spaghetti to mixture and simmer.
30 minutes before serving add cheese and heat to melt.

Three Berry Cobbler

Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. unbleached flour
cinnamon
4 c. fresh berries (pick 3 that you like - 16 oz.)
2 cans Pilsbury crescent rolls
1 pie crust

Directions

Make the filling: combine the sugar and the flour. Add the berries. Line a 10" dutch oven with foil and add about 1/3 of the filling.

Alternate layers of the crescent rolls and filling mixture. Cover the top of the mixture with the pie crust and dust with cinnamon. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes or until crust is browned and the filling is bubbly.
